Annie and her family are originally from Erie, PA. While her parents, Kelly and Tony still reside there, Annie earned her doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2023 and planted roots in the North Hills shortly after graduation! Annie has always been passionate about working with the pediatric population, having experience in Early Intervention, School-based OT and Outpatient therapy. Annie now wants to extend that passion to helping families find inclusive community resources and allowing children to be unapologetically themselves in any environment.
Annie is active in her Pittsburgh community working as a Dance Teacher at a local studio, babysitting, and working part-time as a Pure Barre Instructor. What keeps her most busy though, are her 4 nephews and 1 niece. Wearing her “aunt hat” is her favorite one of all!
Annie had been looking into WRTS for some time after being inspired by a peer. When a family she babysat spoke about the difficulties of finding a safe, inclusive, sensory inspired place for their sons to play, Annie called her parents that evening to pitch the idea. From the beginning, Kelly and Tony have been supportive of Annie’s journey and are rooting for her to make WRTS a forever passion project. Annie is very excited for this new opportunity and looks forward to making We Rock the Spectrum Butler County a community resource for ALL families to leverage and enjoy!
